On Nov.26, ITG MICE was officially established, and made its debut at the International MICE Summit Forum and Straits MICE Cooperation Forum of 2018 Xiamen International MICE Week. Zhang Zhigang, the former minister of Ministry of Commerce of the Peoples Republic of China, Han Jingyi, the vice mayor of Xiamen Municipal Government, Yuan Zaiqing, the President of China Convention and Exhibition Economy Research Association, Chen Xianjin, the president of China National Convention and Exhibition Standardization Committee, and Zhong Gang, the president of UFI Asia Pacific Chapter, attended this ceremony and witnessed this important moment.
On Feb.1, 2019, ITG MICE joined ICCA, setting the fastest membership record among the newly set-up companies. Noor Ahmid, the Asia Pacific Regional Director, believed that ITG MICE’s accession would greatly advance the international development of China’s MICE industry.
On Apr. 22, 2019, under the full support of Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Convention and Exhibition Affairs, IAPCO set up its bidding center in Xiamen, and appointed Mr. Qiu Guoyue, the General Manager of ITG MICE , as the President of the center.
In June, 2019, ITG MICE passed the qualification assessment and joined IAEE as the first member in Fujian Province
In Sept., 2019, under the guidance of Xiamen University and Beijing IME Consulting, ITG MICE bidding team won the rights to hold 2023 World Seafood Congress (WSC) at the 2019 WSC held in Penang, Malaysia. The 2023 World Seafood Congress will be held in the new Convention and Exhibition Center to be open in 2022. This winning marks ITG MICE’s first success in international convention biddings. What’s more, ITG MICE was the first Xiamen local company competed in the global stage and won the bidding of an international convention.
From Sept. 7 to 11, 2019, the First China International Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Conference (CIID) has been successfully held in Xiamen. ITG MICE operated this conference by overall planning, performing and logistics service, receiving praises and positive reviews from organizers, sponsors, exhibitors and the other participants.
On Oct.28, 2019, ITG MICE made its debut at the session of “Monday Morning Wake Up call”, as the first Presenting Partner in 58th ICCA Congress, delivering opening speech and introducing Xiamen and Xiamen ITG MICE to global MICE professionals.
In Nov.2019, ITG MICE signed strategic cooperation agreement with China Publishing Group Digital Media Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Publishing Group, at Xiamen MICE Industry Conference.
