China International Fair for Investment and Trade

China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), approved by the State Council of the Peoples Republic of China, takes place in September every year in Xiamen, China. Themed on "Introducing FDI" and "Going Global", CIFIT focuses on both national and international investment negotiation and investment policy promotion, coordinated development of national and regional economy, as well as economic and trade exchanges across the Taiwan Strait.

CIFIT is currently Chinas only international investment promotion event aimed at facilitating bilateral investment. Its also the largest global investment event approved by the Global Association of the Exhibition industry.

The main contents of CIFIT include: investment and trade exhibitions, International Investment Forum (IIF) and a series of seminars on investment hotspots, and investment negotiations centered on project matchmaking. CIFIT not only comprehensively showcases the investment environment, policies, projects and corporate products of all Chinese provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, but also attracts investment promotion agencies from dozens of countries and regions to exhibit and hold investment briefings and promotional symposiums. Domestic and foreign merchants participating in the CIFIT can get an overview on the investment climates across China and other countries and regions with the least time and energy, obtain the latest investment policies and information from the most direct channels, and select from the most extensive range of investment projects and business partners.
